2026 Power Policies

The 2026 Power Policies marks Dēmos' first publication following the 25th anniversary, and I chose to use this moment as a departure from the collage style that had defined previous years.

Where earlier work — including the 2026 Annual Report — built on and elevated that established visual language, Power Policies called for something different: a clean break that let the message stand on its own.

I leaned into a clean, straightforward message — open margins and white backgrounds allow the content and the people within it to take center stage.

Photography moves between black and white and color throughout, a deliberate choice: black and white speaks to the struggle still in progress, while color points toward the future of equality for Black and brown communities.

The report is 80+ pages and each policy is individually broken out. A total of 10 printed pieces.
